Clinton Willett is an associate attorney at Sul Lee Law Firm, supporting the firm’s intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, and transactional law practices. Clinton focuses on helping clients with all stages of litigation and strategy.
Prior to joining Sul Lee Law Firm, Clinton worked as an associate attorney at a real estate litigation and appellate boutique law firm. In that role, he represented clients before the Texas Supreme Court, Fifth Circuit, various Texas courts of appeals, and federal and Texas trial courts.
During law school, Clinton served on both journals of the UNT Dallas College of Law Law Review, On the Cusp and Accessible Law. His first year on law review he served as staff editor, and his second year as Chief Operating Officer. He also co-founded and was Vice-Magister of the Royal Furgeson Inn of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society. In his last year of law school, Clinton was a law clerk with the Fifth Court of Appeals of Texas in Dallas.
Before his law school years, Clinton studied music business at Dallas Baptist University. Clinton enjoys melding his artistic and analytical backgrounds to more effectively communicate complex legal issues in a simplified manner on behalf of his clients.
Outside of the office, Clinton enjoys smoking various meats, mastering the craft of Italian pizza making, attending operas and musicals, and spending time with his family.
