Yonghwa Lee is an attorney at the Law Office of Sul Lee PLLC. Mr. Lee's main area of practice is federal immigration and naturalization law. Prior to joining the firm, he has many years of various professional experiences as an in-house counsel for an energy conglomerate and a private equity firm, including: executing a multi-year natural gas supply contract with the United States government; negotiating a multi-million-dollar movie fund with a Hollywood studio; defending a foreign investment case against New Zealand government; handling senior boardroom disputes of an international energy organization; setting up an investment vehicle for farming industry; and drafting a share purchase agreement for a high-tech start-up company in Silicon Valley. Mr. Lee also has various working experiences as a human rights practitioner and an adjunct professor of law.
